Associating Items to a Booking

If you need to track your bookable assets such as a locker room, projector, or ball machine, Booking Items allows you to associate these things with each of your bookings. You will first need to create your list of Booking Items before you can assign them to your various bookings. 

Creating Booking Items:

1. Go to Facilities → Items.
2. Click Create new item.
3. Add the name and description of the item.
4. Click Save.

Assigning Items:

1. Go to Facilities → Items.
2. Select Assign Items.
   
   
3. Search for the booking you would like to associate with the Booking Item.
   
   
   To add an item, the request needs to be a Booking type (not Block Off Time or Drop-In)
4. Complete the form by selecting the related item and adding a description.
5. Click Save.
