How to create and booking + share the form link:
- To create your shareable booking form link you will first need to login to your Communal Manager Dashboard
- Then navigate to Facilities then Calendar
- From there create a booking by dragging to select the time on the date of choice
- Select Booking for the Type
- Set the booking Owner, the Frequency, and add any Booking Items then click Save Booking
- Next click on the booking you just created and navigate to the Form Responses tab
- From there click Share Public Link to copy the link. Now you can paste it in an email/text etc. to the customer.
How to share the form link when the customer submitted the booking request:
- To locate your shareable booking link you will first need to login to your Communal Manager Dashboard
- Then navigate to Facilities then All Bookings
- Then, locate the booking and click the blue arrow
- Once in the booking, navigate to the Forms tab and click Share Public Link. This will then copy the link to your clipboard and you can paste it in an email to the customer.
