Your payout schedule refers to how often money is sent to your bank account from Communal. Your payout schedule is set during implementation, but this can be changed at any time by contacting our support team.
Payout Options:
- Weekly - All funds collected in a week (Mon-Sun) will be paid out with a 7 day processing gap. For example, all transactions collected in Communal from October 1st - 7th will be paid out on October 14th.
- Monthly - All funds collected in a month will be paid out with a 7 day processing gap. For example, all transactions collected in Communal from October 1st - 31st will be paid out on November 7th.
